These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.  Job Description  Job Summary:Manage ShipmentsOversee the scheduling and coordination of shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.Documentation Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.ComplianceEnsure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.<div></div>Sales SupportRespond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.CommunicationLiaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to facilitate smooth shipping processes.Problem ResolutionAddress any issues related to shipping delays, lost shipments, or damaged goods.Cost Management Analyze shipping costs and work to optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce expenses.<div></div>Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and documentation.<div></div>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. </li><li>SAP desirable but not essential</li><li>Self-disciplined with attention to detail</li><li>Good time management skills</li></ul><div></div>    Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
