How you'll make an impact<ul><li>Ensure efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system</li><li>Prepare and send timely order confirmations and commercial contracts to customers</li><li>Proactively track status of each customer orders, coordinating and pushing internal stakeholders to guarantee the confirmed delivery date to customer </li><li>Inform customer in case of deviations to current plan </li><li>Coordinate our export team to guarantee deliveries to customers are organized in accordance to confirmed delivery date</li><li>You will follow up on payment status with customers to limit overdue</li><li>Organize and supervise factory acceptances test, performed with the participation of the client</li><li>Collaborate closely with other teams/departments to solve any additional requirements from the customer and to improve current internal processes</li><li>Prepare/analyze current performances and provide results to management </li></ul> Your background<ul><li>Commercial or technical education / background, combined with several years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Fluent knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP program will be an additional advantage</li><li>Team-player with high sense of responsibility and strong communication skills</li><li>Ease of gaining the customer's trust and meeting expectations</li><li>Fluent in English, German is a plus</li><li>Project management certification (eg.
