<div>Join our Vehicle System Integration team as a Senior/Staff System Integration and Test Engineer. You will ensure seamless integration and robust performance across the Body Control, Braking, Steering, Thermal, &amp; Power Distribution domains.<br><br>We don’t just validate; our team's mission is to push the boundaries of system integration testing earlier in the development cycle. We drive an iterative, end-to-end integration process to stay ahead of the curve.<br><br>Your expertise in automotive development and hands-on testing is critical. You will play a key role in delivering a world-class Robotaxi service. Together, we turn complex electrical architectures into a safe and reliable reality for our riders.</div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Develop and evolve integration test plans across<strong> </strong>system bench and vehicle assets to ensure robust system functionality as the platform matures</li><li>Partner with Systems, Hardware and Firmware Engineering teams to identify integration risks early through testing and build robust mitigation strategies to keep the program on track.</li><li>Lead forums to resolve complex system issues and report on robustness, risks and mitigation plans during program reviews.</li><li>Mentor the integration and test team in applying data-driven testing and integration methodologies across all vehicle systems.</li><li>Lead the development and commissioning of system test benches, using rapid prototype tool (e.g., dSpace micro-autobox) to supplement target ECU to overcome challenges with timing and maturity of components</li></ul></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline</li><li>At least 10 years of experience in Vehicle System Development and Integration, with a deep experience in one of the following domains: Body Control, Braking, Steering, Thermal, or Power Distribution</li><li>Deep technical understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, OBD2, Ethernet) and 12V Power Management</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience conducting bench and vehicle-level testing, including instrumentation and advanced data analysis to ensure function robustness</li><li>Expertise developing integration test plans based on SFMEA Analysis and well-versed in technical problem solving methodologies like Six Sigma, 8D, Shainin Red X etc. </li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Experience with Automotive Calibration Development at Vehicle Level</li><li>Experience with Controls Development using xIL and Rapid Controls Prototyping </li><li>Experience with development and integration of vehicle program from prototype to launch</li><li>Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) or ISO26262 (Automotive functional safety)</li><div><p style="margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"> </p></div></ul><br>
