<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Duba, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our projects through accurate cost estimation, contract administration, and value engineering.</p><ul><li>Establish client requirements and conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new projects</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate accurate project costs</li><li>Prepare and administer pre and post contract documentation, including main building contracts, piling contracts, and nominated sub-contracts</li><li>Measure and take off quantities for architectural, infrastructure, and structural work elements</li><li>Assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans, and budget studies</li><li>Compile and review contract documents for execution, ensuring compliance with statutory building regulations</li><li>Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work</li><li>Allocate work to subcontractors and manage their performance</li><li>Analyze project outcomes and write detailed progress reports</li><li>Provide expert advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution</li><li>Attend on-site and consultant meetings, liaising with clients, architects, and associate consultants</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior quantity surveyors</li><li>Stay updated on different building contracts in current use and industry best practices</li></ul>
