Position DescriptionPosition is responsible for a pre-defined list of AR customer accounts and the timely collections of those accounts, with an emphasis on building successful internal and external relationships.Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Identifying escalation opportunities to ensure timely collections of current billed invoices.</li><li>Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for those customers, terms, customer defined billing requirements etc.</li><li>Month End consolidation and completeness of departmental tasks.</li><li>Seeks new ideas to improve efficiency in completing own work.</li><li>Support reporting processing.</li><li>Various projects to support the AR and Accounting teams as required.</li><li>Outgoing calls up to 30 per day.</li><li>Comply with all company policies, procedures and directives from management.</li></ul>Experience, Qualifications &amp; Education<ul><li>Basic Accounting Knowledge.</li><li>Intermediate Excel</li><li>Internal/External Customer Service</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li><li>Bi-Lingual English/French is considered an asset</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
