Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end supply planning, including purchase requisitions, planned orders, and all external/intercompany purchase orders.</li><li>Monitor and control inbound supply performance by tracking confirmations, delivery dates, delays, EDI flows, and supplier reliability.</li><li>Optimise inventory levels through regular OOS/low-stock reviews, safety stock assessments, SLOB management, and month-end analysis.</li><li>Coordinate co-packing, imports, and container planning to ensure timely availability and efficient stock flow.</li><li>Support demand planning processes, including IBP forecasting, maintaining forecast master data, contributing to S&amp;OP, and monitoring forecast accuracy (SFD, bias, stability).</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update planning master data including supply parameters (lead-times, lot sizes, MOQ, rounding values) and forecast-related settings to ensure accurate replenishment and demand modelling. </li><li>Manage product lifecycle actions, including phase‑in/phase‑out execution, kill‑list updates, and transitions affecting supply and forecast stability. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement of supply and forecast KPIs, such as CSL, SSL, ICSL, supplier OTIF, SFD, bias and demand accuracy. </li><li>Manage master data and product configuration, including product setups, info records, source lists, transport cost updates, BOM changes, and ensuring data consistency for both supply and demand planning. </li><li>Collaborate across logistics, suppliers and commercial teams</li></ul>Organisation <ul><li>Directly Reports to: Supply Chain manager </li></ul>InteractionsInternal<ul><li>All streams including head office</li></ul>External<ul><li>Suppliers, 3PL, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouse</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Professional Experience and Education <ul><li>Previous proven experience in a similar role being responsible for Supply chain or Demand planning</li><li>Experience working in B2B environment</li><li>Experience of international suppliers both European and Far east.</li></ul>Specific knowledge <ul><li>Understanding of supply chain master data terms (MOQ, Lot Sizes, BOMs)</li><li>Microsoft Office advanced skills. – Excel Mastery</li><li>Experience with ERP Systems - SAP</li><li> Working knowledge of forecasting systems - IBP</li></ul>Specific competencies <ul><li>Analytical &amp; Data‑Driven Decision Making</li><li>Structured &amp; Process‑Oriented Working Style </li><li>Cross‑Functional Collaboration &amp; Communication</li><li>Problem‑Solving &amp; Continuous Improvement Mindset</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
