Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li><h1>Plan, manage, and document site-specific and cross-plant development and digitization projects.</h1></li><li>Lead and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and GROWTTH tools and methodologies.</li><li>Conduct Lean Assessments, analyze results, and ensure consistent follow-up and implementation of improvements.</li><li>Support the development and further enhancement of production systems and aids, coordinating closely with production, suppliers, and other departments.</li><li>Manage tool calibration processes and ensure compliance with customer quality standards and specifications.</li><li>Provide effective records and analysis of rework to support quality improvement and cost reduction.</li><li>Maintain close communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to improve satisfaction and quality outcomes.</li><li>Supervise and develop Quality Technicians and Lean/GROWTTH Specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li><h1>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Digitization, or a related technical field.</h1></li><li>Progressive management experience in continuous improvement, Lean, or quality roles.</li><li>Experience in metal processing, manufacturing technologies, and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.</li><li>Strong project management skills, including documentation and use of MS Office, Power BI, and digitization tools.</li><li>Six Sigma and Lean System Green Belt certification preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with tooling technology and manufacturing methods is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of Advanced Quality Planning, Problem Solving Techniques, and other Quality Systems.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
