direct authority</li></ul>PLM / PTC Windchill Experience:<ul><li>Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions in a discrete manufacturing, industrial, or heavy equipment environment.</li><li>Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience as a solution architect or lead technical role on PTC Windchill (e.g., PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, or equivalent modules).</li><li>Deep understanding of Windchill concepts including lifecycles, workflows, object types, WTParts, EPMDocuments, product structures, change objects, and access control/security.</li><li>Proven experience integrating Windchill with CAD tools (e.g., PTC Creo and/or other major CAD systems) and at least one major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading at least one full lifecycle Windchill implementation or major upgrade (requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and
