Responsibility Level:The incumbent is responsible to accomplish the sell in targets by driving sales through engaging and ensuring distributors, Third Parties, platforms operators and internal cross-functional teams will implement the defined sales strategy effectively.Meanwhile, he/she also needs to contribute to the creation of the E-commerce marketing plan as well as the execution of that plan, which includes improve battery awareness of VARTA, increase sales, understand trends and insight that can be used to build and create a new and dynamic e-commerce sales strategy.Be responsible for Tmall, Taobao, PDD, TikTok and Omni.Typical Duties: <ul><li>Develop suitable strategies for Tmall, Taobao, PDD, Omni, etc. to gain business growth for China AFM.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and execute local market E-commerce strategies to fulfil annual sales target, grow online channels and grow new and existing online customers.</li><li>Manage Clarios online store at Tmall, Taobao, PDD and other emerging platforms. Set up value chain, promotion activities, etc. to meet Clarios business targets.</li><li>Manage Omni channels via strategies design and business action execution to Michelin, Mobil and other offline stores, to improve Clarios products sales outcomes via Omni.</li><li>Work “hand in glove” with the Third Parties to ensure a seamless consumer journey and an optimized brand experience so as to flow online traffic to online retailers. Evaluate the TP investment performance and ROI (Return ON Investment), and propose improvement action plan.</li><li>Evaluate ecommerce or B2C national accounts platform and RIO and propose ecommerce advertisement investment plan.</li><li>Analysis consumers buy behavior to improve digital sales growth.</li><li>Utilize analytics and insight toll regular monitor sales and products, oversee existing and potential platform performance.</li><li>Based on the internal data, implement the value chain for growth among all stakeholders</li><li>Work with marketing / product marketing team to analyze product categories and make appropriate product mix recommendations, work with Marketing department to develop digital communication strategy and execute in platforms.</li><li>Manage brand value chain and brand positioning via price management. </li><li>Optimize offline delivery network and collaborate with IT Order Management System (OMS) to fulfill online to offline (O2O) capability.</li><li>Work closely with supply chain to set up the appropriate supply to expand the scope of online business in China by providing good shopping experience online to consumers.</li><li>Regular monitor competitor new campaigns and digital activities</li><li>Performs special assignments and analysis as directed by the senior leadership.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>Above 5 years in E-commerce business operation experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of impact of E-com on multinational businesses.</li><li>Strong analytical, data-driven, problem solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Familiar with the operation rules of major e-commerce platforms and is able to build strong customer relationships.</li><li>Understand digital marketing and sales/distribution, have willingness to learn new industry channel practices and translate into optimized company execution plan.</li><li>Good at conceptual selling and consultative selling; have the drive to develop new accounts, manage those relationships and drive incremental revenue; goal oriented and sales driven.</li><li>Creative &amp; Strategic thinking.</li><li>Familiar with auto market is a plus.</li><li>Fluent English both in written and oral.</li><li>Able to travel throughout sales territory is a necessity.</li></ul>Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
