In this role, you will support our operations in Sweden working closely with business leaders, and you will have the opportunity to grow your responsibilities and take ownership as you develop.In Wood Supply we want to move beyond providing our mills with wood on time and cost efficiently focus on providing value to Stora Enso via sustainable and efficient operations as well as strong partnership with forest owners. This journey requires visibility and understanding of the underlying processes and numbers to be able to make right choices and be successful.As Business Controller you will be supporting the development of Wood Supply as an increasingly important part of Stora Enso’s value chain. Your primary focus will be Wood Supply Operations in Sweden including Harvesting, Logistics, Terminals and Sourcing. You will support financial analysis, reporting, planning and continuous improvement activities. You will collaborate closely with the Wood Supply Operations Leadership team and report to the Director of Business Controlling. The position is preferably located in Falun, Skoghall or Stockholm but can be carried out from any of the Stora Enso Wood and Energy offices in Sweden.Career for a better climate. Every day. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Supporting business partners with analysis, reporting and insights that help improve performance, cost efficiency and operations. </li><li>Preparing and presenting management reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.</li><li>Maintaining and further developing management reporting tools and KPI dashboards.</li><li>Analyzing financial and operational data and large datasets to identify trends, cost drivers and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Following the market and industry trends, participating in strategy work, providing industry reports and competitor analysis. </li><li>Supporting process improvements and automation to achieve better results.</li><li>Contributing to cross-functional projects (i.e. ERP implementations) and initiatives to improve financial processes and controls.</li></ul>Requirements for applicants:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar. Master’s degree will be considered an advantage. </li><li>3-5 years of relatable work experience in controlling, FP&amp;A, audit, consulting or similar analytical roles. </li><li>Hands on experience in Financial Modeling, Data analytics and Data visualization.  </li><li>Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.</li><li>Fluent in English and Swedish written and verbally is a must.</li><li>Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must. Any previous experience working with ERP systems, Databases and Business intelligence tools will be considered an advantage. </li><li>Experience or interest in Forest industry and Sustainability is considered a plus.  </li></ul>In addition, you are highly energetic and driven person with great work ethics. You enjoy challenging tasks, taking on new responsibilities and are a self-starter. You can communicate well, build strong relationships, and have commercial acumen.
