As part of the Global Marketing team, this role is pivotal to driving creative excellence, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-impact visual storytelling across every touchpoint—internal and external, digital and physical.You’ll design for scale and for story: from shareholder letters to social content, email campaigns, executive presentations, product datasheets, trade publications, and event experiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Communications, and regional marketing teams—translating business needs into visually engaging assets that reflect Nextpower’s leadership in the global energy transition – maintaining consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints. What You’ll Do<ul><li>Steward the Nextpower brand across all global visual communications and marketing channels.</li><li>Design compelling graphics for marketing, product, and corporate teams—including investor reports, collateral, social media, web, event signage, and presentation templates.</li><li>Create engaging social media visuals and short-form content aligned with Nextpower’s global advertising and campaign calendar.</li><li>Collaborate with our digital agency to create winning HubSpot email campaign assets—including banners, graphics, GIFs, and visual templates that drive engagement and performance.</li><li>Contribute to video content creation, including layout design, motion graphics, and visual treatments for marketing and storytelling.</li><li>Interface with media partners to deliver artwork and ensure visual consistency across external media placements and industry advertising.</li><li>Collaborate with global agency partners to provide, develop, or review creative assets that align with Nextpower brand standards.</li><li>Work closely with regional marketers to ensure all corporate fact sheets, product collateral, and localized marketing materials stay on brand and up to date.</li><li>Own and evolve our global brand guidelines, presentation templates and visual storytelling standards.</li><li>Manage and organize creative assets across Air and Box, ensuring everything is current, tagged, searchable, and version-controlled.</li><li>Support and track creative deliverables for global advertising programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time delivery.</li><li>Maintain and grow the design library (icons, infographics, diagrams, templates) to enable efficiency and brand consistency.</li><li>Contribute to digital experience design with working knowledge of our creative tech stack, including Contentful, Vercel, Mux, and Air.</li><li>Champion design operations with smart systems, organized workflows, and strong file hygiene.</li><li>Ensure every deliverable communicates clarity, consistency, and impact, aligned with brand guidelines and creative strategy.</li></ul> What You Bring<ul><li>6-12 years of professional design experience, ideally in energy, technology, or global B2B environments.</li><li>A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, precision, and brand alignment across digital and print.</li><li>Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; proficiency with additional creative tools and motion/animation platforms (Figma and After Effects a plus).</li><li>Proven ability to design for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, email marketing, and video-based storytelling.</li><li>Experience using HubSpot, Contentful, Vercel, Mux, and Air, or equivalent CMS, video, and asset management tools.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to organize and maintain creative repositories with clear tagging, archiving, and version control.</li><li>Strong grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Experience collaborating with external agencies, trade media, and regional marketing teams to deliver brand-consistent creative under deadline.</li><li>A collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive mindset—with a bias for simplicity, clarity, and execution.</li><li>Comfort balancing both templated systems and bespoke creative campaigns at a global scale.</li></ul> Why NextpowerAt Nextpower, we’re building the clean energy future—powering innovation, reliability, and sustainability across the globe.
