The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings a strong understanding of talent processes, and is passionate about creating impactful programs that support organizational goals.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will: </h3><ul><li>Partner with hiring managers and talent teams to identify talent needs and recruit candidates for specialized programs, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.</li><li>Support program execution, including event planning, communications, data tracking, and participant engagement.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and alignment with broader talent strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery and integration with broader HR and talent initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>6+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive industry</li><li>Experience managing an end-to-end talent program (i.e., University Relations, Internal Mobility, etc.)</li><li>Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience partnering with business leaders to drive talent-focused initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Technical recruiting experience</li><li>Experience leveraging data to inform and improve talent strategies.</li></ul><br><div><b>Compensation</b></div><div>There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $139,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling and positioning within a level are determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting represents the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position. Zoox also offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off (e.g., sick leave, vacation, bereavement), unpaid time off, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, Amazon RSUs, health insurance, long-term care insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and life insurance.</div>
