The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong proficiency in Apex coding, configuration, and various integration techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, with additional preference for candidates with Agent Force certification.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Architect and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies</li><li>Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools</li><li>Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules</li><li>Data Management: Oversee data migrations, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems</li><li>Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations</li><li>Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are and What you bring</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture</li><li>Proficiency: Expert skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration</li><li>Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
