Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and monitor all civil works related to cable laying, trenching, ducting, and associated infrastructure for the power sector.</li><li>Ensure all activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals for civil cable works.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and reporting to the Resident Engineer and Project Manager.</li><li>Assist in risk assessments, mitigation planning, and implementation of best engineering practices.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely completion of deliverables.</li></ul> A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in civil works for power transmission and distribution projects, with a focus on cable laying.</li><li>Proven track record in consultancy or supervision roles within the power sector.</li><li>Solid knowledge of international standards and local regulations for civil and cable works.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li><li>Professional certification or membership in relevant engineering bodies is an advantage.</li></ul> AN ENVIRONMENT THAT MOTIVATES YOU At TAQA, we foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
