We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>Your mission as Operational Account Manager will be to own your customer accounts and be overall responsible for their development and growth. This is a high impact role that is crucial for our growth and profitability in the region.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Be overall responsible for the customer accounts, including ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance of service level agreements</li><li>Develop and implement operational solutions to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for upsell</li><li>Present KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to customer managers, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements</li><li>Translate customer feedback into internal actions across operations, charging, product etc.</li><li>Secure budget adherence and maintain financial control over customer operations, including invoice approval and annual price adjustments</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience</li><li>Bring +5 years of experience in a relevant business area, preferably with hands-on experience in logistics</li><li>Have experience from customer-facing roles with proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders</li><li>Exhibit strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how to manage and improve P&amp;L (Profit and Loss)</li><li>Be highly analytical, data-driven, and have a process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, organization, and follow-through</li><li>Fluent in Swedish and English</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
