If you are looking for interesting challenges and the opportunity to be part of this change, then join our diverse and talented team and make a difference.For our offices in Hamburg  our Business Area (BA) Markets is looking for the right person to fill the position asSenior Business Development ManagerYour key responsibilities<ul><li>Drive BU Trading's strategic agenda and overall business development activities</li><li>Analyse the constantly changing market environment to derive the implications for Trading's general strategy and identify related new business opportunities</li><li>Develop business cases and conduct analysis to open up new markets or businesses</li><li>Facilitate the delivery of new growth initiatives and complex commercial projects in cooperation with the Trading Desks</li><li>Steer and prioritise the project portfolio as well as coordinate all relevant stakeholders</li><li>Responsible for overseeing broker and exchange agreements, ensuring alignment on terms, and supporting negotiations on fees and related contractual conditions</li><li>Coordinate internal efficiency and change initiatives</li><li>Be part of the BU Trading Management Team</li><li>Functional lead for 2 employees</li><li>Monitor liquidity risk arising from the balance of physical and margined/financial positions, and take proactive measures in coordination with the Trading Desks and Origination</li></ul>
