You will act as the key link between central support teams and site-based colleagues, making sure everyone is aligned and equipped for success. Your work directly supports our mission to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative renewable energy solutions, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact. Your main responsibilities include - Overseeing the planning and execution of regional projects such as full-scope annual maintenance, contractor management, inspections, and local IT implementations - Acting as the primary point of contact between offshore sites and central functions like engineering and technical support - Managing resources by coordinating tools, spare parts, documentation, third-party contractors, manpower allocation, and statutory inspections to ensure operational readiness - Leading site-based initiatives including asset management tasks and retrofit activities while ensuring all safety requirements are met before any work begins - Maintaining accurate project data in SAP systems, from equipment records to project performance tracking, and reviewing contractor service reports for continuous improvement You will collaborate closely with Site Managers to assign the right people for face-to-face inductions and drive regional alignment across projects. Success in this position means you have delivered reliable results on time, kept safety at the forefront of every task, ensured seamless transitions from construction to operation phases, and fostered strong relationships within multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to communicate clearly across different functions will be vital as we work together towards a fossil free future.
