<p>We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Resident Marine Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this supervisory role, you will lead and oversee marine engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our operations.</p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate marine engineering projects from conception to completion</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of marine engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership</li><li>Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize ship design, construction, and maintenance processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and industry standards</li><li>Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments for marine engineering projects</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering challenges</li><li>Oversee the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and project documentation</li><li>Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure project success</li><li>Stay updated on the latest marine engineering technologies and industry trends</li><li>Implement and maintain quality control systems for all engineering activities</li></ul>
