Grow here.  At AECOM, we are recruiting a PMO Project Manager to join us in our Dublin office.The role is a 9 month fixed term contract.Here’s what you’ll do: Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the development and implementation of global standards, templates, and best practices for programme delivery.</li><li>Coordinate and maintain programme documentation, reporting, and archiving.</li><li>Assist in the rollout and adoption of new processes and tools across teams.</li><li>Facilitate accurate and timely reporting (monthly, quarterly) for portfolio status, risks, and milestones.</li><li>Gather and analyze lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Provide onboarding and training support for external project management teams.</li><li>Act as a central point of contact for programme-related queries, supporting collaboration and communication.</li><li>Help manage programme management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint) and troubleshoot access or data issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and support supplier diversity initiatives as needed.</li><li>Support the development, structuring, and ongoing improvement of workplace design guidelines.</li><li>Ensure guidelines are integrated into SharePoint and accessible to global teams.</li><li>Gather feedback from project teams and stakeholders to refine and update guidelines for future projects.</li></ul>Governance &amp; Standardization<ul><li>Develop and implement global standards, best practices, and processes for programme delivery.</li><li>Maintain and update the Project Delivery Playbook to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across all regions.</li></ul>Template &amp; Process Development<ul><li>Lead focus groups to develop new processes, especially for cross-functional and global initiatives</li><li>Lessons Learned reviews to update Playbook and Workplace Design Guidelines</li><li>Drive change management for the rollout of new standards and processes.</li><li>Create, maintain, and centrally store templates for standardized reporting and documentation.</li></ul>Portfolio Oversight &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Stakeholder Engagement</li><li>Resource Coordination</li><li>Systems Management</li><li>Compliance &amp; Best Practice</li><li>Sourcing Coordination</li><li>Programme Development</li></ul>
