The strong preference for this role requires experience with nuclear regulatory matters.</p><p> </p><p>Reporting to the Managing Attorney - Nuclear, you will be at the forefront of all challenging nuclear matters, including NRC licensing, enforcement, nuclear access, employment, nuclear fuel cycle, commercial issues, etc.  The attorney will also handle tasks such as drafting contracts, reviewing and advising the business regarding disputes, and managing vendor and other agreements related to the nuclear fleet. This attorney will participate in complex legal matters and projects and deliver timely and quality legal services to clients with minimal supervision.
