Are you ready to change the world with us?</span></p></div><p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p><p>The Investment Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting the team focusing on project financing as well as strategic modeling of solar and storage projects. This role will support the creating and updating of complex financial models, supporting transaction closings, and supporting compliance of financial documents.</p><p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p><ul><li>Use long term forecast models to analyze potential capital projects using valuation techniques, including IRR and NPV.</li><li>Assist with the due diligence, review, and analysis of prospective financings.</li><li>Assist in performing complex modeling including creating valuations, budgets and evaluating financial structures for debt and tax equity.</li><li>Prepare and update HLBV and tracking models, analytical packages and group KPIs.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all financial data in financial models.</li><li>Provide scenario planning and communicate results related, but not limited to, PPA, Capital Investments and Financing structures.</li><li>Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.</li><li>Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, energy/environmental, or related field.</li><li>Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.</li><li>Skills/Attributes:</li><ul><li>Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Foundational Excel skills, to include formulas, pivot tables, charts, tables, functions, etc.</li><li>Ability to analyze complex data and situations to make decisions.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to think critically and apply problem solving skills independently.</li><li>High-degree of self-motivation with the ability to effectively solve problems with little direction.</li></ul></ul><div><p><em>At Clēnera, LLC, we’re an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
