This critical role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the bid process, from initial qualification and strategy development through content creation, final submission, and post-submission analysis. You will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure all proposals are compelling, compliant, and clearly articulate our unique value proposition, with a focus on high-value recurring revenue solutions.</h3><h3>This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role requiring strong project management skills. You’ll be managing complex projects, coordinating multiple subject matter experts across the organization, and delivering high-quality, professional bid documents to key global customers.</h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Manage the End-to-End Bid Lifecycle:</strong> Lead the full proposal process for RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited proposals from qualification to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li><li><strong>Manage the Sales order process for our current book of Inspection business: </strong>Produce internal scopes and proposals for our recurring and non-reccurring business in Europe as well as managing the signature of orders via our contract management platform</li><li><strong>Develop Bid Strategy:</strong> Work with the sales team, sales operations, marketing and leadership to define the winning strategy, key messaging, and value proposition for each bid.</li><li><strong>Content and Compliance:</strong> Project-manage the creation of high-quality, customer-specific proposal content, ensuring strict compliance with all customer requirements and legal/commercial terms.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Coordination:</strong> Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Technical/Operations) to gather necessary inputs and secure internal approvals.</li><li><strong>Content Library Management:</strong> Maintain and improve a library of standardized content, case studies, and response templates to increase bid efficiency and quality.</li><li><strong>Performance Analysis:</strong> Track bid metrics (win/loss ratio, cycle time) and conduct post-bid reviews to drive continuous improvement in the proposal process.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Background:</strong> 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal management, or a related role within an enterprise technology or industrial sector company.</li><li><strong>Track Record:</strong> Proven ability to manage complex bid processes with a history of successful proposal submissions.</li><li><strong>Industry Experience (preferred):</strong><ul><li>Wind energy (asset management or service sales).</li><li>Industrial technology/asset management solutions.</li><li>Enterprise SaaS with complex, long-cycle deal experience.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Exceptional project management, organizational, and writing/editing skills.
