In this role, you will research and analyze accounting data, maintain precise financial records, and prepare reports and statements in accordance with procedural guidelines. Responsibilities include supporting collections, preparing outstanding account reports, and gathering credit or reference information. You will manage and update databases, generate formatted reports, and assist in resolving past-due invoice issues. Additional duties include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with external collection resources, and initiating follow-up communications as needed.
