SPA has completed major works along the Frankston Line and undertaken packages on the Hurstbridge Line and Melbourne Underground Rail Loop. Current active packages include level crossing removals, station upgrades, and rail infrastructure improvements to enhance safety, reduce congestion, and improve travel reliability across Melbourne’s network.<br> <br><b>About the Opportunity</b></p><p><br>As Manager, People and Capability, you will shape and deliver people strategies that align with SPA’s objectives. Reporting to the Alliance General Manager, you will lead a team focused on culture, inclusion, and HR operations.
