We work as a team and we’re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world.We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator based out of our Yate depot.Why Aggreko? Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)</li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘</li><li>A focus on continued personal development</li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Coordinate and manage on-time movement of equipment to/from the Yate warehouse for local and global events—liaising with internal teams and external logistics partners to prioritise and expedite deliveries.</li><li>Own TRA and GRN processes for outgoing and incoming kit: raise and chase TRA paperwork, perform timely count-in and GRN, and produce clear discrepancy reports.</li><li>Source and procure service parts and consumables — obtain quotations, raise i2B requisitions, and work with Procurement to ensure purchase orders are issued promptly.</li><li>Maintain accurate asset ownership and fleet records: update M3 and the fixed asset register, complete asset transfer/disposal/reinstatement forms, and reconcile with Finance.</li><li>Operate and maintain an outbound tracker to provide tight control and visibility of equipment locations, ensuring ownership accuracy and audit readiness</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Highly motivated, “can-do” team player with the confidence to work on your own initiative and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Essential experience with a Service Mobility ERP system — able to navigate and use ERP tools day-to-day to manage workflows and assets.</li><li>Strong planner and organiser with excellent time-management skills, flexibility to work extended hours, and willingness to travel when required.</li><li>Highly analytical with advanced Excel proficiency, excellent keyboard skills, and strong overall computer literacy for accurate reporting and reconciliation.</li><li>Clear, professional verbal and written communicator with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and delivering high-quality results.</li></ul>Bring your energy.
