Our R&amp;D team for Semiconductor Packaging and Reliability at the Hitachi Energy Research Center is looking for an intern to investigate the reliability of mission-critical power electronic boards and understand their failure mechanisms. You will work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that provides guidance and support throughout the project.
