This role ensures material availability, cost optimization, and operational excellence by coordinating with Field Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams. The position also oversees relationships with Operations &amp; Maintenance, warranty lifecycle management, obsolescence planning, Make-or-Buy strategies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support long-term asset reliability and profitability.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Strategy &amp; Governance<ul><li>Define and implement a unified supply chain strategy supporting both long-term service contracts and short-term maintenance projects.</li><li>Represent the supply chain function in steering committees.</li></ul>Project Coordination &amp; Execution<ul><li>Coordinate supply chain activities with Project Management, Engineering, Construction &amp; Maintenance departments to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Oversee cross-border logistics operations, including transportation, customs, warehousing, and last-mile delivery to construction and maintenance sites.</li><li>Ensure alignment between material planning and project schedules to prevent delays and minimize downtime.</li></ul>Planning, Procurement &amp; Digital Transformation<ul><li>Implement standardized supply chain systems and infrastructure for tenders, new projects, and legacy upgrades.</li><li>Deploy and integrate IT tools (ERP, CMMS, analytics dashboards) across regions, ensuring real-time visibility and control.</li><li>Promote digital transformation initiatives such as predictive analytics, AI-based forecasting, and automated replenishment.</li></ul>Performance, Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Drive continuous improvement using best practices and lean-equivalent methodologies or frameworks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with global and local Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.</li><li>Develop and manage annual budgets for inventory, logistics, and personnel across regions.</li><li>Establish and monitor global KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Leadership &amp;
