The FP&amp;A Analyst is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for Clearway’s renewable energy business. This position will work closely with the other members of the FP&amp;A team and a wide range of Clearway colleagues. This position will report to the Senior Manager of FP&amp;A.</p><p>Pay Range:<br>Scottsdale: $76,000 - $80,000<br>San Diego: $83,000 - $88,000<br>San Francisco: $91,000 - $96,000</p><p>If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications but see yourself contributing, please submit your resume.</p><h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What You'll Be Doing</span></h2><ul><li>Coordinate across all functions of the business to collect updated inputs to detailed forecasts; prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for discussion with senior and executive leadership.</li><li>Analyze financial results after the month is closed, including alignment of key drivers and identifying the variance root cause.</li><li>Work closely with the accounting function to understand policy as it applies to actuals and budgets, facilitate reconciliation of actuals with budgets, and identify and implement processes and tools to improve the integrity of actuals.</li><li>Build and maintain a direct link between FP&amp;A, Accounting, O&amp;M, and Asset Management to facilitate accurate and timely reporting.</li><li>Coordinates monthly variance analysis performed by the entity, reviews results, reconciles actual costs with budgets/forecasts, summarizes variance explanations/forecasts, and distributes the information as appropriate.</li><li>Refine and improve a set of Excel-based tools that serve as the basis for our short and medium-term liquidity planning.</li><li>Participate and support the Monthly and Quarterly forecasts for the Regional and Corporate FP&amp;A teams.</li><li>Assist with the development and enhancement of reporting capabilities and propose entity hierarchy changes accordingly.</li></ul><h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What You'll Bring</span></h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative field.</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an FP&amp;A or finance role.</li><li>Proficient with MS Excel, and highly skilled with other MS Office products, including PowerPoint &amp; Word.
