drive infrastructure strategy to enable a high-cadence, fast-turn launch site.</li><li>Develop and maintain interface requirements and performance requirements for heavy civil structures in coordination with launch mechanical, launch fluids, high power, command &amp; control and vehicle operations.</li><li>Perform structural engineering analysis and drafting for critical ground infrastructure including launch mount structures, flame trench structures, tank foundations, and other supporting structures as required for ongoing launch site needs.</li><li>Develop, own, and maintain scope development, build sequence strategy, field construction schedule planning and on-site management.</li><li>Leverage field experience in the designs of new systems to drive decisions that will assist the construction process as well as future operational needs.</li><li>Manage, direct, and supervise contractors, sub-contractors, and field craft, including all vendors associated with the respective projects on site.</li><li>Develop, own and execute assigned project scope, RFPs, project award, construction management, and activation for both heavy civil structural and on site launch facilities.</li><li>Support Launch Environmental &amp; Explosive Siting permitting requirements and associated coordination with the 45th SW.</li><li>Drive and maintain project execution quality.</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar field.</li><li>This role requires full-time presence at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.</li><li>4+ years of experience in a related role working engineering, build, and management of critical infrastructure projects in aerospace or similar high-performance application (amusement park, oil &amp; gas, heavy equipment, energy systems, etc.)</li><li>Practical and theoretical knowledge of heavy-civil structural design, engineering and construction, including experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete structures, deep foundations, mass excavations, dewatering, and/or mass earthwork.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in project management fundamentals including scope definition, schedule &amp; budget ownership, procurement, contracts, construction management, and field execution.</li><li>Demonstrated experience executing large capital improvement projects while driving economical and expediate solutions.</li><li>Excellent understanding of engineering construction drawings and construction means &amp; methods.</li><li>Practical experience actively managing on site construction project schedule, budget and scope.</li><li>Proven ability to work autonomously, receive and incorporate constructive feedback, and work well on a high performing team.</li><li>Experience with applicable engineering standards including ASCE 07, IBC, AISC 360, ACI 318, NFPA, ASTM, &amp; ASME.</li><li>Experience developing civil-structural analysis models utilizing ETABS, SAP2000, ANSYS, and/or STAAD</li><li>Innate ability to prioritize and execute</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to lead and follow</li><li>Able and willing to travel for work as required</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications  <ul><li>8+ years of experience in a related role engineering, building, and leading critical infrastructure projects in aerospace or similar high-performance application (amusement parks, oil &amp;
