Software Operations at Nuro is the backbone of our machine-learning lifecycle. The team is responsible for transforming massive volumes of unstructured sensor data into the high-fidelity assets required to teach our Nuro Driver™ how to navigate the world.This team manages the end-to-end data factory, which includes complex semantic labeling (identifying objects and intent), HD mapping (building the digital twin of the road), and rigorous software validation (testing code against real-world data). Your mission is to scale these engines to ensure our models are trained on gold-standard data that meets uncompromising safety requirements. For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $132,300 and $198,450 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
