Role description This role is to join our Core Engineering team, who are focused on improving both developer and user experience. This includes optimising database performance, working on the scalability of our app, honing in on quality assurance and working on integrating 3rd party APIs.  Ideally, you are a Backend-leaning Fullstack Engineer that will work on features for energy installers and build AI-powered automations to help scale Backend services being built in Go. You should be someone who is not afraid to work end-to-end in shipping value. With autarc we are building the leading heat pump OS for HVAC installers in Europe to accelerate the transition to low carbon homes. Heating with gas and oil accounts for 30% of Europe's CO2 emissions, and we are at the forefront of combating this environmental concern. The problem: Installers are eager to install more heat pumps but are hindered by a broken installation process. Our solution leverages LiDAR technology and AI to cut the overall project time of heat pump installations by 50%. We integrate a CRM, planning, and design tool into an all-in-one platform.
