We are seeking a Customer Sucess Manager with experience managing clients, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of renewing contracts, identifying upsell opportunities, and building strong, impactful customer relationships. Our Customer Success team oversees all post-sales activities with our customers—renewable energy developers—including client handoff from sales, quarterly business reviews, expansion and cross-sell opportunities, and renewal of annual contracts.<ul><li>Own a book of customers, driving engagement throughout all stages of the customer journey, including sales handoff, onboarding, adoption, and renewal.</li><li>Drive healthy adoption, net retention, and reduce churn.</li><li>Consult with customers throughout the customer lifecycle to understand their business and strategic goals, ensuring ongoing value in PVcase’s products.</li><li>Engage with executive sponsors and decision-makers within customer organizations as needed.</li><li>Own the value proposition for the PVcase multi-product suite, understanding how it can be applied to address specific customer needs across the globe. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional PVcase teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to drive a seamless customer journey. </li><li>Act as a customer liaison within the organization, advocating to senior leadership as needed.</li><li>Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of Customer Success experience preferred. </li><li>Renewable Energy industry experience (or experience in a related field) is not required, but a strong plus.</li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and fostering relationships at all levels within customer organizations.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams. </li><li>Accurate forecasting skills and a good understanding of the customer base. </li><li>Conflict-resolution skills to drive closure to customer concerns and open issues; maintain a strong ability to prioritize work against customer goals.</li><li>Understanding of customer metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive insights.</li><li>Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, customer service software, and other relevant tools. Experience with Salesforce and/or Gainsight a strong plus.</li><li>Flexible work environment but an expectation to meet with customers during standard US working hours.</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required. Additional language skills are not required, but a strong plus.</li><li>Startup / Scale-up experience preferred.
