The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow and support our customer base in Australia, where there is significant room for growth. You’ll work closely with growers, offering Aerobotics’ innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. What You'll Do<ul><li>Execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability</li><li>Sell &amp; deliver products to a wide range of horticultural customers</li><li>Provide hands-on product demonstrations and training at farms and offices</li><li>Report to the GM, APAC and support the delivery of regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets aligned with Aerobotics’ forecasts.</li><li>Optimize the customer decision journey so as to minimize spend and resources, and to maximize purchases and repurchases</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams in South Africa to ensure seamless service delivery</li><li>Partner with the Product team to uncover new customer needs &amp; inform product development</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities</li><li>Regular travel within the region to meet customers, and at times, attend conferences as and where necessary.</li></ul> What You'll Need<ul><li>3+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS or AgTech</li><li>Experience in agribusiness or perennial tree crops is a desired</li><li>Highly driven, ambitious, and eager to build a career in sales</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and drive results </li><li>World-Class service delivery &amp; customer centric attitude</li></ul><ul><li>A valid driver’s license and own vehicle</li><li>Permanent working rights in Australia</li></ul> Application Process<ul><li>Submit your CV &amp; a clear motivation for this role &amp; Aerobotics</li><li>First interview with Head of People</li><li>Take home assessment</li><li>Technical Interview with GM APAC </li><li>Final Interview with leadership team</li></ul></div>
