Our employees create value for our customers and ultimately drive our success.  We work SAFELY.Providing a safe working environment is a critical element of our core values.Our PEOPLEWe respect and value one another and work together as one team.We act with INTEGRITY.We interact with our customers, our employees, and our stockholders with honesty and integrity.We demonstrate SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.We strive to make our communities better places to live, work, and grow. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team on Afternoon Shift.  As a Parts Clerk/Backup Scale Operator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing accurate and timely support to our employees.  Your responsibilities will include transferring parts between locations, issuing parts to internal customers, maintaining work orders and managing inventory.   Additionally, you will be responsible for answering inquiries via telephone, and two-way radio, operating a forklift when necessary, and adhering to all safety regulations and supports after-hours manual scale operation.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>What You Will Do<ul> <li>Transfer parts to other locations or pick up parts from outside vendors as needed.</li> <li>Issue parts to internal customers and meticulously maintain work orders.</li> <li>Receive parts and services into system matching and verifying ordered to what is delivered.</li> <li>Stock incoming parts and diligently verify inventory accuracy.</li> <li>Answer the telephone and utilize a two-way radio for effective communication.</li> <li>Operate a forklift with precision and safety as required.</li> <li>Operate an overhead hoist with precision and safety as required.</li> <li>Tackle all other tasks as assigned with enthusiasm and dedication.</li> <li>After-Hours manual scale operation to support scrap deliveries</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What We Look For<ul> <li>Proven experience in a similar role preferred.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Forklift operation certification preferred.</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Valid Driver's License</li></ul>NICE TO HAVES:<ul> <li>Prior shipping and receiving experience</li> <li>SAP Software knowledge</li></ul>BENEFITS:Omni offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Bonus, Vacation and 401K.  Company-paid uniforms.    #GLDNOH20260112 Are you passionate about environmental stewardship and eager to make a difference?
