The role will focus on Philippine clients and market but will also work collaboratively with our global Management Consulting offices, as well as AFRY’s other divisions, in the APAC region. Responsibilities<ul><li>Gather, analyze, interpret, and present both basic and complex data related to the electricity sector and the energy transition for a wide variety of projects, with guidance from senior team members</li><li>Help develop and execute electricity market models used for projecting long term market dispatch/operation and prices for the Philippines, and also the other markets within APAC region. The tasks include, but are not limited to, preparing forecasts of supply and demand, detailed research on power plant parameters and market policy review, and interpreting modelling results, with guidance from senior team members</li><li>Conduct in-depth market research pertaining to the latest updates on regulations, market trends and outlooks within the electricity market for the Philippines and related countries related to APAC region.</li><li>Support as delivery team for strategic advisory pertaining to decarbonization strategy and market design, including transaction/M&amp;A activities (with focus on market and commercial perspectives)</li><li>Work and operate according to AFRY’s values, including acting as a “Brave, Devoted, Team Player”.</li></ul>
