Job SummaryWe are seeking an accomplished MEP Construction Lead (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) with 20 years of experience in MEP construction activities for a large-scale semiconductor facility project. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in high-tech industrial projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality execution.Responsibilities:Project Execution Leadership:<ul><li>Provide strategic leadership for all MEP construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement execution plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation measures.</li><li>Drive decision-making and resolve critical technical and operational issues promptly.</li></ul>Construction Oversight &amp; Quality Assurance <ul><li>Supervise MEP works to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and semiconductor industry standards.</li><li>Implement robust quality control processes and conduct inspections throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure all execution activities adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance and quality of work.</li><li>Address and resolve any non-conformities or issues identified during execution and commissioning.</li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for MEP scope with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.</li><li>Maintain transparent communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement &amp; Team Leadership:<ul><li>Lead and mentor MEP construction teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.</li><li>Identify skill gaps and provide training or guidance to enhance team capabilities.</li><li>Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.</li></ul>
