This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and strategic alignment with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across trading, finance, technology, and procurement.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance &amp; integrity of the Market Data inventory database</li><li>End-to-end management of service provisioning requests (for new &amp; incremental Market Data products / services), to include securing appropriate cost approvals for requests</li><li>Process ticket requests to add, cancel, or re-assign services due to moves, departures or change in business requirements</li><li>Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely installation of products on user desktops</li><li>Preparation and submission of periodic 3rd party (Bloomberg &amp; LSEG) and exchange reporting (ICE, CME, etc.) obligations</li><li>Screen data and product notices &amp; alerts, from 3rd party vendors and exchanges, to assess business impact and manage associated communication</li><li>Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities and promote discussions with business units</li><li>Assist in-house Accounts Payable team &amp; 3rd party invoice management partner with ad-hoc market data invoice reconciliations, discrepancies and vendor queries</li><li>Assist in the Market Data inventory platform migration project</li><li>Develop good relationships with all Market Data external vendors, internal departments and business partners</li></ul>Experience/CompetencesEssential<ul><li>All-round knowledge of LSEG’s Workspace and Bloomberg’s Terminal &amp; B-PIPE products</li><li>Knowledge of market data inventory tools e.g. Calero’s MDM and TRG’s Optimize Spend</li><li>Good experience &amp; understanding of LSEG’s TREP &amp; DACS and Bloomberg EMRS entitlement tools</li><li>Proficiency with reviewing &amp; reconciling invoices; complete necessary analysis for discrepancies</li><li>Takes industry best-practice and market trends into account in decision-making</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team orientated, but also able to work independently</li><li>Strong customer service focus, communicating with users and vendors on all levels</li><li>Flexible attitude due to ad hoc element of this role</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Knowledge of market data tools e.g. TRG’s ACT &amp; PEAR</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid #LI-MIDNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
