This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and strategic alignment with business needs. You will lead a team of market data professionals and collaborate with stakeholders across trading, finance, technology, and procurement.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing local Market Data Administration Team.</li><li>Overall responsibility to maintain the Market Data Inventory integrity.</li><li>Assist in the Market Data Inventory platform migration project.</li><li>Manage contract database processes for vendors associated with Market Data e.g DACS Map Collect.</li><li>Obtain appropriate cost approvals for user requests.</li><li>Process ticket requests to add, cancel, or re-assign services due to moves, departures or change in business requirements.</li><li>Process and manage tickets for movers/leavers/joiners.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely installation of products on user desktops.</li><li>Assist with global Weekly/monthly database uploads for Bloomberg and HR.</li><li>Assist Accounts Payable Team with ad hoc market Data invoice reconciliations, discrepancies and vendor queries.</li><li>Screen notices and alerts from vendors, exchanges and third parties as to reporting obligations/ and business impact.</li><li>Develop good relationships with all Market Data external vendors, internal departments and business partners.</li><li>Manage Data permissioning and prepare declaration reporting obligations for Refinitiv, Bloomberg, IDC, and direct bill exchanges.</li><li>Provide monthly Finance and Management reports and analysis to TP ICAP Business units.</li><li>Review non usage reports for market data services to highlight potential cost saving and promote discussions with business units.</li><li>Participate in department inventory projects and fulfil ad hoc business requests as well as assist with the ongoing challenge to deliver cost efficiencies.</li><li>Be first point of escalation within the team on any permissioning/invoicing or other vendor related queries.</li><li>Act as the lead point of contact to the Manila Hub for all procurement related matters.</li><li>Act as a procurement team lead for the Manila Procurement team responsible for workload management, staff coverage planning and general HR management duties in support of the Procurement Category Heads.</li></ul>Experience/CompetencesEssential<ul><li>All-round knowledge of LSEG’s Workspace and Bloomberg’s Terminal &amp; B-PIPE products.</li><li>Knowledge of market data inventory tools e.g. Calero’s MDM and TRG’s Optimize Spend.</li><li>Knowledge of entitlement systems e.g. Bloomberg’s EMRS and LSEG’s TREP and DACS.</li><li>Takes industry best-practice and market trends into account in decision-making.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment.</li><li>Line management experience.</li><li>Experience of coaching and mentoring team members, fostering growth and enhancing team performance</li><li>Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team orientated, but also able to work independently.</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Experience of platform migration projects.</li><li>Strong customer service focus, communicating with users and vendors on all levels.</li><li>Knowledge of market data tools e.g. TRG’s ACT / PEAR.</li><li>Experience of working within cross-regional teams.</li></ul>Job Band and Level: Manager, 6#LI-Hybrid #LI-MIDNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
