Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, SCM, Sales) to provide financial insights and cost analysis.</li><li>Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency, including automation and ERP utilization (SAP preferred).</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.</li><li>Experienced in budgeting, cost controlling, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
