Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead monthly and yearly financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.</li><li>Manage accounting operations (AP/AR/GL/Tax/Fixed Assets) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (TFRS/IFRS), Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and ensuring corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, SCM, Sales) to provide financial insights and cost analysis.</li><li>Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency, including automation and ERP utilization (SAP preferred).</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role as plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.</li><li>Experienced in budgeting, cost controlling, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
