<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GIS Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the GIS Manager, you will lead our geospatial initiatives, oversee GIS projects, and manage a team of GIS professionals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive innovation and efficiency in our geospatial operations.</p><ul><li>Develop and implement GIS strategies aligned with organizational goals</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of GIS professionals, fostering their growth and development</li><li>Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of GIS databases and applications</li><li>Coordinate and prioritize GIS projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS solutions into various business processes</li><li>Establish and maintain geospatial data standards, policies, and best practices</li><li>Conduct advanced spatial analysis and create high-quality cartographic products</li><li>Evaluate and implement new GIS technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency</li><li>Manage budgets and resources for GIS-related activities</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for GIS-related matters within the organization</li></ul>
