This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s brand identity, crafting compelling commercial messaging/content, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.</li><li>Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Brand Management: Oversee the launch and ongoing management of the company’s brand refresh to strengthen brand identity and market positioning. Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and voice across all marketing materials, channels, and customer touchpoints.</li><li>Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of three marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
