What we are looking for • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years’ experience related to lean manufacturing and familiar with lean management • Familiar with digital systems and digital tools • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
