Contribute to the timely delivery of fully validated, high-quality customer features</p><p>o Be responsible for developing &amp; executing test &amp; validation plans for feature functional &amp; performance requirements and relevant regulations, testing coverage, confirming SOTIF, data analysis and root causing while ensuring traceability to functional and performance requirements</p><p>o Align with related cross-functional technical teams such as Infotainment, functional safety, powertrain, cybersecurity, homologation, and ADAS/AD system &amp; calibration strategies in terms of efficiency, cost and final product quality</p><p>o Work closely with component owners (Long and Short Range Radars, Front &amp; Side Cameras &amp; Lidar etc.) for the ADAS/AD driving functions, contribute the component requirement development</p><p>o Investigate root causes of component or system level failures; testing hardware/software systems related to ADAS or AD automotive features for mass production, with features involving longitudinal and lateral driving control, and with an understanding of automotive processes and workflows</p><p>o Experience in leading &amp; mentoring a team of highly skilled and talented engineers for automotive testing &amp; validation activities</p><p>o Strong experience in development and execution of validation test plans for ADAS/AD driving features, and close collaboration with system engineering, software development and feature owner (product) teams;
