Candidates should have strong interpersonal, analytical and writing skills, superior academic credentials as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Direct transaction processes including reviewing due diligence and legal documentation, manage licensing and filing requirements for transactions and deal participants, review asset eligibility and standardizing transaction template forms</li><li>Serve as a trusted team member, aiding in closing credit financings, securitization transactions and other business arrangements</li><li>Coordinate with critical third-party relationships including diligence providers, underwriters, custodians, rating agencies, trustees and external counsel</li><li>Provide insights and support on program improvements and innovations and orchestrate efficiencies in transaction cycle workflows</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the ABF business and broader Sixth Street platform (continuous interaction with legal, ESG committees, tax, KYC, capital formation, and compliance)</li></ul>What We Value<ul><li>Experience in financings, securitization and capital markets transactions preferably with a major law firm or corporate law department</li><li>Strong understanding of legal and regulatory policy issues affecting securities and ABS, MBS, and CMBS markets</li><li>Creativity and problem-solving skills to effectively advise teams in collaboration with counsel and internal stakeholders</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously</li><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing in a state Bar with a minimum of 4 years of experience</li></ul>CompensationThe base salary for this position is expected to be between $200,000 and $250,000.
