(ServiceNow)</li> <li>Excellent communication skills are a must (face-to-face, written, and telephone)</li> <li>Good organizational skills, able to handle projects and prioritize tasks as they present themselves</li> <li>Software Support - troubleshooting, installing, upgrading, and removing applications. (Windows 10, Office365)</li> <li>Hardware Support - troubleshooting, reimaging, and building client machines</li> <li>Mobile Device/Tablet - troubleshooting, upgrading and setup assistance</li> <li>Active Directory Administration - user accounts, security groups </li> <li>Conduct User IT Orientation to go over resources and services</li> <li>SharePoint - site creation, administration, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Unified Communications - Cisco Webex, Call Manager, MS Teams administration and troubleshooting</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Experience/Qualifications/Education RequiredEducational Requirements 4-year Degree in Information Systems /Computer Science or Associates/Computer Certification.Required Work ExperienceMinimum 2 Year’s Service Desk experience, some server administration a plus.Additional Requirements<ul> <li>Able to work flexible and weekend hours</li> <li>Able to follow direction, work with the team, and work independently</li> <li>Understanding of Asset Management systems such as LANDesk or SCCM</li> <li>Familiarity with Lenovo ThinkPad laptops and Dell OptiPlex desktops</li></ul>The expected starting pay range for this role is $30 - $40/HR USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education.
