Be on the team that's changing the world. What we’re looking for: Nexamp is looking to hire a Corporate Finance Manager to lead and own all modeling-related work for working capital-related tasks, including as part of the budget process, as well as support on investor reporting and key strategic initiatives. You will report to the VP, Corporate Finance. What you’ll do:  <ul><li>Design and review enterprise-level cash flow models to assist in scenario planning and proactively manage short-term and long-term liquidity. </li><li>Evaluate strategic initiatives, such as capital raises, acquisitions, and other corporate investments, by preparing financial models and summarizing results for senior leadership and investors. </li><li>Serve as the point of contact for current and potential investors, and inform business performance by preparing investor reporting deliverables and addressing project and corporate investor financial diligence. </li><li>Drive and influence improvements to corporate budgeting and reforecasting process with a focus on working capital impacts from construction and development activities, including developing new inputs and forecasting methods. </li><li>Aggregate data and help analyze results of financial models to aid business unit partners and improve overall company performance.</li><li>Identify and optimize process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards. </li><li>Work collaboratively with other teams and with other members of the Finance team, including managers and analysts, to drive business outcomes. </li><li>Develop and update executive and investor-facing presentations on financial performance.</li><li>Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making. </li></ul>What you’ll bring: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, or a closely related field.</li><li>Experience driving process improvements and strategic initiatives to optimize capital management and cash flow.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and thrive in evolving business environments and periods of change.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and investors.</li><li>Renewable energy industry experience strongly preferred. </li><li>Commitment to Nexamp's mission and have a passion for solving tomorrow's climate crisis today.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.   </li><li>Experience in showcasing initiative to make improvements to current work, processes, products, and services across the organization.
