This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, growth, and foundational marketing infrastructure. You’ll define how we position our product, bring it to market, and build the systems and processes that make marketing repeatable and scalable.This is a builder role: equal parts strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to shape our narrative, launch products, and establish the core marketing engine as we scale.<h3></h3><h3>Product Marketing &amp; GTM</h3><ul style=""><li>Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key audiences and use cases</li><li>Lead product launches end-to-end (narrative, assets, enablement, rollout)</li><li>Translate product capabilities into clear customer-facing stories</li><li>Develop sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs)</li><li>Build and maintain competitive intelligence and market insights</li></ul><h3>Zero-to-One Marketing Infrastructure</h3><ul style=""><li>Build foundational marketing systems and processes, including:<ul style=""><li>messaging frameworks</li><li>launch checklists</li><li>content and asset management</li></ul></li><li>Create repeatable processes for campaigns, launches, and cross-functional collaboration</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Support early growth initiatives and experiments in partnership with Sales and Growth</li><li>Collaborate on lifecycle, activation, and adoption messaging</li><li>Develop content that supports awareness, conversion, and retention across multiple channels (case studies, landing pages, email, etc.)</li><li>Test and iterate on messaging and GTM approaches based on performance and feedback</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul style=""><li>8–10 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or early-stage marketing roles</li><li>Experience building marketing foundations in a 0→1 or early-stage environment</li><li>Strong product marketing instincts: positioning, storytelling, customer insight</li><li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats</li><li>Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on</li><li>Strong cross-functional partner to Product, Sales, and Leadership</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Logistics<ul style=""><li>Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States</li><li>Location: This is a hybrid role based in our New York or San Francisco Hub. </li><li>Compensation: Base compensation for this role is $170-190k in addition to benefits and equity. </li></ul>
