The role focuses on account development, new customer acquisition, and market expansion, while closely collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution across this product line. Reporting Line  Reports to: Regional Sales Director  No direct reports  Major Responsibilities  <ul><li>Contribute to regional sales and marketing strategies for ESS in Germany</li><li>Actively manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities for ESS solutions</li><li>Own end-to-end sales activities for assigned customers, including commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and after-sales coordination</li><li>Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers regarding ESS offerings</li><li>Collect and analyse market intelligence (competitors, pricing, regulations, customer needs) related to energy storage.</li><li>Support brand positioning and market presence for ESS solutionsthrough customer engagement and industry activities</li><li>Coordinate closely with presales, engineering, logistics, operations, and service teams to ensure accurate solution design, smooth order execution, and high customer satisfaction</li></ul>Performance Indicators <ul><li>Revenue and/or order intake for ESS vs. target </li><li>Pipeline development and conversion rate across both product lines</li><li>New customer acquisition in ESS segments</li><li>Customer retention and satisfaction</li><li>Forecast accuracy and CRM data quality </li></ul> Your profile Required Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the PV and/or ESS industry</li><li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Solid understanding of PV and energy storage market dynamics and policies in Germany</li><li>Existing customer network in the region is a strong advantage</li><li>German: C2 (near native proficiency); English: C1 (professional working proficiency)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies <ul><li>Strong commercial and negotiation skills across complex technical solutions</li><li>Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term partnerships</li><li>Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented</li><li>Strong communicationand cross-functional coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a matrix organisation</li></ul>Travel Requirement <ul><li>Regular regional travel within Germany as required</li><li>Occasional travel within Europe as required</li></ul>
