This role plays a key part in checking to ensure orders are correctly completed and supporting daily warehouse operations.  We offer a medical, dental, vision PPO health benefits, pet insurance, matching 401K, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).  The salary range for this position is between $24 - $30/hour.RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Accurately identify, handle and prepare production orders for shipment.</li><li>Understand HYDAC Quality Policy and Quality Objectives as related to this position.</li><li>Post goods, issue deliveries, print packing lists, create bill of ladings and other paperwork associated with shipments      according to company standards.</li><li>Verify shipping documents, labels, and order accuracy according to instructions/requirements</li><li>Maintain shipping logs and update tracking information in the system</li><li>Process shipments using UPS, DHL, AIT, FEDEX and LTL, Hazmat, Hot shots, etc shipments.</li><li>Respond to emails in a timely manner.</li><li>Clear communication skills written and verbal with internal and external departments, customers, services, Etc.</li><li>Create and maintain (update) any new or existing work in a timely manner.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.</li><li>Operate mobile equipment including fork lift and pallet jack.</li><li>Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed.</li></ul>  Skills and Attributes<ul><li>Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend  English.</li><li>Time management and reliability.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a  team.</li><li>Clear communication skills.</li><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited      standardization exists.</li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions  furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>Ability to use a variety of material handling equipment.</li><li>Ability to understand and operate PC equipment running under Microsoft Windows Format and ERP system – SAP a must.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  </li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience required</li><li>HAZ-Mat Training</li><li>Fork Lift Certification</li><li>Familiarity with shipping software and barcode scanners is a plus</li></ul>Safety and Personal Protective Equipment<ul><li>Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities.
